- Refunds for Products Returned in Original Unopened Packaging:

Shipping

- No Refunds on Undeliverable Packages That Are Damaged:
In the unfortunate event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to damage during transit, we regret to inform you that no refunds will be issued. However, we will gladly work with you to initiate a claim with the shipping carrier to seek resolution.
- Restock Fee for Returns:
Should you choose to return a product, a restocking fee may apply. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount and is intended to cover handling and processing costs associated with returns. Restocking fees will be clearly communicated before the return process is initiated.
- Ensure Address Is Correct:
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Keloid Kare will not be held responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or non-deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- No Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We do not ship orders to P.O. Box addresses. If an order is placed with a P.O. Box address, it will not be fulfilled, and a refund will be issued promptly.
- Shipping Timeframe:
Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and handling before shipment. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Worldwide Shipping:
We are delighted to offer shipping services worldwide. No matter where you are located, we will deliver your order to your provided address if there are no restrictions in your country of origin.
- Import Fees and Duties:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
